Important Information About Our Cleaning Services

As an insured maid service, we adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of our work. To comply with insurance requirements, we are unable to provide cleaning services for the following:

​

  • Mini blinds

  • Crystal chandeliers

  • Laundry

  • Hand-washing dishes (We place them in the dishwasher)

  • Pet or human waste (Including feces, blood, urine, vomit)

  • Homes with infestations (Roaches, bed bugs, fleas, mice, or rats)

  • Collectibles

  • Inside china or curio cabinets

  • Garages

  • Carpet washing

  • Exterior house cleaning (We can refer you to a partner for this service)

  • Anything beyond the reach of a 3-step stool

 

Additionally, we do not move heavy furniture and appliances such as beds, cabinets, dressers, armchairs, sofas, washer/dryer, stove, and fridge. However, we are happy to clean underneath these objects if we can reach with a duster, mop, or vacuum hose, or if you can move these heavy items for us.
