Why should I choose Lemur Cleaning Services?

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before the cleaning, it is free. Cancelling/rescheduling in less than 48 hours, will cost 50% of your cleaning fee. Why do we need to charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee? We are responsible for paying our cleaning stuff no matter what. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, it is not always enough time for us to find another client who will fill that gap. Cancelation fee does not bring us profit but it let us pay our cleaning stuff and stay in business.

Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients choose to give us access to their home through a key, lockbox, or keyless entry system. We will clean the home while you are away, providing the same quality service.

How do you handle pets?
Pets are a part of the family. We are pet friendly cleaning service. During service we require that you do crate all dogs— not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.
